Gerbera is an annual, herbaceous flowering plant. Its flowering period lasts throughout the summer and until early autumn. Sunny planting sites are recommended and it requires fertile soils with good drainage, because it cannot tolerate high moisture levels. For this reason it should be watered frequently, but with small doses of irrigation. It requires regular fertilization, about every 15 days, for better plant growth and flowering.
Light height 50 to 60 cm as the maximum height of the plant in full growth reaches 70 cm and its diameter 60 cm.
It has large, broad and dark green leaves, while the abundance of colours in its flowers is characteristic. White, yellow, pink, red and orange are the colours we see.
Number of flowers 4+.
