Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. For all orders registered until 13.00 there is a possibility of same day delivery. The rest are sent the next working day.

On large holidays, for the timely execution of your orders, it is better to give 2 days in advance. On large holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, St. Constantine & Helen, due to the large load of orders, there is a high probability of delay in delivery time.

If the recipient does not accept to receive the product then the responsibility is yours and the store is not responsible in any case for a refund, however you can pick up your order from our physical store or deliver it to a new address at an additional cost.

Matzavakos florist makes every effort to deliver your order to the address indicated in the shipping details. A complete address for a hotel / hospital or company has the following information: name, hotel / hospital room – work post for workplace. For these points please contact customer service to give us more information or fill in the necessary information in the comments of your order.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your transaction with our store. It is important to make sure that this information is correct. We advise you to check the box with your junk e-mails if you have not received an e-mail. If you do not receive e-mail contact customer service.

We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incomplete or inaccurate consignee information. Please make sure you have filled in all the required information correctly.

When an order is received by a patient or a staff member of a hospital, it is important to check before purchasing that the hospital will accept a delivery from a florist. It is important to give us the correct room number and the ward where the patient is located, some wards may not accept flowers.  Every search will be discreet. For funeral we must receive the order at least 24 hours in advance and deliver only to a valid address.

If the recipient is not there at the time of delivery, we will try to execute again the next day by contacting him at the same time, unless otherwise instructed not to do so. It is at the discretion of the drivers, in what order the distribution and deliveries will take place unless otherwise specified. From this point on, any repetition of mission or return or any other move will be at our discretion.

 In case you wish to pick up from our store, even if the product is immediately available, please either contact us or place your order online and visit us as soon as you receive confirmation of the availability of your order.

SHIPPING AREAS & SHIPPING COST

For the shipment of our products we cover all the regions of Greece.

The minimum order is 35 €.

For the following areas of Trifylia the transport is free.

For all other areas and for orders from 35 € -65 € the shipping is 5 €.

For orders over 65 € shipping is free in all areas of Greece.

Cash on delivery costs are free.
