The general ordering terms mentioned are intended to determine the terms of sale to the users of our website. These terms are the only ones applicable and supersede any other terms, except exceptions, expressed in writing and clearly. Matzavakos.gr may from time to time modify certain provisions of its general terms. It is therefore necessary to refer to them every time you visit the matzavakos.gr website. We believe that by confirming your order, you fully accept the general terms of sale after reading them.
Matzavakos.gr guarantees you the highest quality and service of the market. Our goal is your absolute satisfaction and we guarantee that. The products you choose are also the ones we promise to deliver. In exceptional cases there is a possibility that some kind of flower or accompanying gift has been exhausted or does not exist in the exact same color. In this case it will be replaced with a similar item, of the same or greater value. In the event that this change significantly changes the image of the product you originally ordered, our customer service department will contact you to inform you and ask for your consent to process your order.
WAYS OF ORDER
By following one of the following steps you can order the product you want:
Online order:
Visit the matzavakos.gr page and locate the desired product through the search engine (search box) or by browsing the product categories and their subcategories. Select the product, add it to your cart and you will automatically see the product you added in the corresponding icon, which is located on the top right of your screen. If you wish other products continue to add to the cart. If you have completed the selection of products, proceed with the order. The order form appears in front of you. If you are a new user, create your account in the corresponding field. If you are already a member, fill in your email and password to log in. If you want to complete the order without registering, continue the process as a guest. Fill in the required fields, select order completion and the order is completed.

Visit the store for collection:
Our store is located in Kyparissia, Messinia, at the address El. Venizelou 31, PC 24500. Before you go to our store for collection, it is necessary to have registered your order (online or by phone) and to be informed, either by phone or by email, that your order is ready for delivery.
Product returns
Due to the vulnerable nature of the deliverables, all flowers and other products, any complaints about returns, etc. will be treated in each case separately and the treatment (eg Return or not, Modification or not, etc.) will be at our discretion.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER-REFUND OF MONEY-CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY-COMPLAINTS
- Order cancellation is accepted up to (1) day before the delivery date. In this case you will be refunded exactly the amount for which you have been charged.
- Cancellations of orders submitted on the same day for execution on the same day are not accepted. Even if the sender “changes his mind” and does not want to send the flowers, they may not be sent but the original amount will not be refunded. This is because as soon as we receive an order, we immediately proceed to the manufacture of the relevant product, processing the flowers that are necessary. With the possible cancellation of the order it is impossible to return them to their original condition without the relevant damage.
- The signature of the recipient on the respective order form is valid as proof of delivery confirmation. There are, however, cases where a third person can sign, in deliveries to places such as cemeteries, hotels, hospitals, companies, etc. where it is not possible to deliver the order to the recipient himself.
- Flowers are a fragile and quirky product, which almost always the buyer sends to someone else. In many cases the recipient either does not accept it, or refuses to sign, or reserves and does not sign that he received it well. In any case, the non-existence of the recipient’s signature on the order form is not a reason to dispute the charge of this order.
- Complaints about the good quality of the delivered products are accepted ONLY on the same day of delivery and ONLY from the sender (who has also been charged their value), in writing or e-mail and not later, In these cases we send our representative to recipient of the order, we check the product and if we actually find a problem, we replace it with a new one.
The use of the matzavakos.gr website automatically implies that you accept the above terms.
If we can not contact the recipient or the customer, we can not be held responsible for non-delivery, Having tried all possible methods to complete the order then, unfortunately, no return / replacement can be given. Any solution will be at our discretion.
Matzavakos.gr is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept. We can not give returns for any customer, where the beneficiary, for any reason, will not accept the order or refuse delivery.
